Financing Options
Treatment Time
If additional time is needed to attain desired results, it will be provided at no additional charge. If, however, treatment is extended because the patient is uncooperative, an additional fee may be charged for completion.
Exclusions
The total cost does not include the fee for removal of teeth, or general dental treatment that may be needed during treatment.
Insurance Claims
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. Please notify us immediately if insurance is terminated or changed at anytime during orthodontic treatment, as payment plans may need to be modified.
Finance Charges
We offer no-interest financing.
Payment Plans
Payments can be arranged on a monthly basis as a convenience to the patient and not an indication of the length of treatment. (ie: if the agreed upon cost of treatment is spread over the length of 10 months and treatment is 12 months, there will be no additional charge; likewise, if payments are spread over 24 months and treatment is 23 months, all payments are still required).
Transfer
In the event that the patient moves to another area, the account shall be adjusted and just settlement made in proportion to the services rendered to date.
